Australian Sustainable Finance Taxonomy - An Investor Perspective
Recently, the Australian Sustainable Finance Institute (ASFI) opened their public consultation on the development of an Australian sustainable finance taxonomy. The taxonomy aims to simplify the identification of investment opportunities and to help direct capital towards Australia’s climate objectives.
At our upcoming Member Briefing, we take a closer look at what a local taxonomy could mean for institutional investors.
Session Highlights:
- Expert insights: Hear from Kristy Graham (CEO, ASFI) Nicole Yazbek-Martin (Head of Taxonomy and Natural Capital, ASFI) about the taxonomy and its objectives
- Peer discussions: Gain insights into the potential use cases for investors from members involved in the taxonomy working groups, including Co-Chair, Emma Herd (EY) and Rick Walters (Aware Super)
- Q&A: Have your questions answered and learn about opportunities to shape the taxonomy
