Madeleine has been with IGCC since 2018, coordinating team, design and communications-related work.
Madeleine’s experience in sustainability accelerated when she studied at University of Technology (UTS) Sydney, where her research explored the intersection between environmentalism in 1960s art movements and 18th century literary accounts on the natural landscape. Madeleine previously worked at the UTS School of Design, teaching critical writing, design and photography subjects. Madeleine has diverse experience in sustainable development from numerous voluntary positions with organisations such as OzHarvest Food Rescue, Pocket City Farms and as a regular content writer for Good On You. In 2019, Madeleine participated in the Climate Reality Project’s leadership training course and is currently a mentee in the C40 Cities Women4Climate Mentorship Program.
Madeleine holds a Bachelor of Design in Photography and Situated Media (1st Class Hons).
