Bobbie Jo Kelso joins as IGCC’s Head of Development
Bobbie Jo Kelso has joined the leading investor networks in Asia-Pacific, Investor Group on Climate Change (IGCC) and sister organisation, Asia Investor Group on Climate Change (AIGCC), as Head of Development in September 2026.
Based in San Diego, United States, Bobbie Jo leads strategic revenue growth for both organisations. She will build long-term partnerships with foundations, governments, multilateral institutions and corporate partners across Asia, Australia, New Zealand, and globally, supported by a multi-year funding diversification strategy.
Rebecca Mikula-Wright, CEO of IGCC and AIGCC said: “We’re delighted to welcome Bobbie Jo to support our strategy for systemic impact and growth.
“Philanthropic support for AIGCC and IGCC can shift the whole system, stimulating investment in clean energy and climate adaptation from the networks’ members: 180+ institutional investors who manage more than US$46 trillion across the Asia Pacific.
“This region is central to the global transition. Unless its growing energy demands are met with clean electricity, economies and societies around the world will face escalating damage and disruption from climate change.
“Meanwhile, the Asia Pacific is coming into its potential as an innovative powerhouse for climate solutions, and our networks are focussed on ways to accelerate that progress.
“We have deep experience and local teams working with investors, business decision-makers, and policy-makers who trust AIGCC and IGCC to bring them perspectives and ideas that will work in their markets.
“In this newly created role and with her track record, Bobbie Jo will build the partnerships that sustain and scale the work.”
