Rachael Millar

Senior Communications Manager

Rachael Millar is part of IGCC’s Media and Communications team, supporting the organisation’s three workstreams; Investor Practice, Corporate Engagement and Policy and Advocacy.  

Prior to IGCC, Rachael was Head of B2B Marketing at Pathzero, an Australian climate tech company helping investors measure and manage their portfolio emissions in private markets. 

Her involvement in climate change and decarbonisation developed from an earlier career in marketing and communications at global engineering firm Jacobs, where she secured collaborations with the World Climate Foundation and the UNFCCC’s Race to Zero. During her tenure, she also co-authored a series of thought leadership papers on the sustainability and economic implications of Australia’s hydrogen industry, which won several awards including the Climate Change Business Journal’s Achievement Award for Industry Leadership.  

Rachael holds a first-class Master of Arts (Honours) in Psychology from the University of St Andrews, Scotland.
