As Analyst, Corporate Engagement, Roman supports the coordination of collaborative and systemic investor engagement initiatives that drive company-level decarbonisation outcomes.
Roman’s experience spans extractives governance, anti-corruption, climate governance, and sustainable agri-food systems. He holds a Master of Environment from the University of Melbourne, specialising in sustainable business, environmental policy, and governance.
Prior to joining IGCC, Roman worked at Transparency International Australia, where he coordinated research and advocacy on climate governance and integrity, and worked to strengthen governance across the extractives sector. He has also contributed to research at Melbourne Climate Futures examining the business and economic impacts of climate change.
