Sashi oversees IGCC’s and AIGCC’s financial reporting, budgets, grants and risk management.
Sashi is a dedicated, ambitious and results driven CPA qualified Finance Executive with extensive hands-on experience in the Finance Manager role. Prior to IGCC, Sashi spent 15 years in the not-for-profit sector where she made significant improvements in the financial policies and procedures and gained better control of the organisational resources. Sashi developed and managed the organisation’s budgets and forecasts and advised managers on the most effective ways to achieve their business goals through prudent financial management. She took ownership of the Financial and Reporting processes and has a strong technical knowledge of accounting concepts.
Sashi has well developed organisational skills, commercial acumen, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. She is able to deliver under pressure, great in dealing with difficult situations and a fantastic problem solver. Coupled with great work ethic and a positive attitude she has experience working with various stakeholders.
