Matina Sarris

Head of Partnerships and Development

Matina is responsible for the development and implementation of investor funding and partnerships. Matina is a senior executive with over 20 years’ experience in corporate and non-for-profit sectors. She has worked across APAC, Europe and the UK in various business development, marketing, strategic and fundraising roles in a diverse cross section of industry sectors including finance, property, telecommunications and IT, professional services, education, and the Arts.

She has extensive experience in stakeholder engagement and management, implementing business strategies, developing innovative fundraising initiatives from the ground-up based on strong analytical research and engagement which resulted in both impactful outcomes and revenue growth. She has raised over $80M for NFPs.  Prior to working at IGCC Matina was Head of Corporate Partnerships, Strategy and Development at NIDA and the National Manager at the Property Council of Australia (PCA).

Her excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills, across all levels, have been a key factor in her ability to successfully negotiate with and influence funding partners.  Matina is passionate about delivering impact and supporting members achieve climate change goals.

Matina holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wollongong and a Master of Business Administration MBA from the London School of Business & Finance.
